T300 is a dual belt drive wheel. that's 1 tier above the old TMX/T150. Generally belt drives are quieter and can often provide higher FFB torque. T300 has ~4nm of torque. T248 has 70% more torque than the T150 (from the TM docs/video) so that would seem to be about 2.1 * 1.70 = ~3.6nm.

The Thrustmaster really doesn’t look as good. The plastic used for the wheel plays a big role in this. One design advantage that it does have against the Logitech is that the TMX is slightly larger, which most racing sim fans will appreciate. TMX Pro vs G920: Force Feedback.
