Any time you go with wider tires you need to bring the camber very close to zero. It does kind of sound like a camber issue too. Picture your stock tire sitting a 2* angle and now your much wider tire at the same angle. Cost of regular gas was $4.15 and E85 was $3.49. So for me the cost/mile of regular gas was $0.24/mile and E85 was $0.28/mile. Not worth it. I have a 2004 Tahoe Z71 with 190k on it. I started noticing that when I turn the truck on, it is in 4hi or 4lo. When I pushed the switch to put it back in 2hi, the switch would blink and then stay in either 4hi or lo. After multiple times it would finally go into 2hi then "service 4 wheel drive" would show up on the dash.
