I bought the original Litter robot about 6 years ago and it was life changing. I upgraded to the connect 3 about 4 years ago and it's been great up until this year. I was about to purchase a second unit (i have 3 cats,) but given this issue I'm tempted to try another globe-based option.Constantly getting stuck upside down red and blue flashing lights so you pull the power cord out put it back in let it cycle stays upside down, then clean all of the sensors and it does it over and over again.
