IIRC, 4OS polearms don't really start dropping until at least NM. However I know that the item level of one dropped in the WSK is high enough that Larzuk will punch 4 holes in it for you. You could use the white ones and try to use the cube recipe to put some holes in it, but I'm not sure if you'll have the runes.
