I think it is about 90 miles long. You can go all week and never loose sight of land but sail for 3-4 hours a day and spend the morning or afternoon at a different mooring on a different island. My husband and I spent our honeymoon in St. Johns, USVI and as recommended, we rented a car and a week in a Villa.We stayed at Sunset Ridge Villas which are. gorgeous from the outside and in pictures, and have a great view of Cruz Bay.. They are also spacious and can hold easily 2 couples and a few kids.

We just spent a week there with North Swells and south/se winds. Most places were fairly churned up so viz was bad all week. The most favorable conditions were Francis to Maho, and Leinster to Anaberg.
