You first state there is no 24 hour trading. Then you say there is no real 24 hour trading, whatever that means.. Yes, there’s no NBBO during those hours. Because NBBO is the consolidated ticker (it consolidates bid/offers from multiple exchanges and ATSs) and only operates during market hours and extended hours (not overnight).
