Entry Mode One good way to practice ToB is to attempt the much more forgiving Entry Mode which you can enable by speaking to the Mysterious Stranger outside the entrance. This mode offers most of the same experience however all NPCs have had their HP, max hits, and levels reduced.

Since you aren't familiar with TOB mechanics, I might actually recommend ranging Verzik P2 and P3. It's a lot easier to avoid taking damage when not meleeing. While ranged would be really really bad in regular TOB, the entry mode version of Verzik has such low defences that ranging is absolutely fine. My problem was, I reached Sotetseg without any food back and got it down to 30% until I did the logout (thought it was safe until I had to pay the 100k for item retrieval)

No entry mode should give raids drops they are to easy man. You can solo entry tob w like 5m and base 80 cmbs. Go get 100 ToB kc and revisit this idea and tell us if you think entry mode should allow uniques. Because ToB isn’t a Fischer price raid. Uniques should not be rewarded for not doing the actual raid, period.
