An orange to blood red sunset....breath-taking!Rents on places at the moment are about $1,200-$1,800 for a one bedroom. Electric is about $100 if you don't have A/C and are very frugal about it. If you have A/C, and run it at night, you can expect to pay closer to $200. In general, the long term rentals are no where as nice as the short term rentals.

Relatively speaking, St. John is a very safe place. We are not immune to crime, but most of our crime is of the non violent type, burglary probably the biggest.
