Turns out the hole problem was the lower hinge that bolts to the cab frame is very soft metal and was bending. Pulled doors off and lower hinge flattened it back out and all my problems went away. One thing is you don't put a 20 amp fuse in a 10amp spot because a fuse is a circuit Protector and puting a 20 in a 10 would damage whatever is on that circuit.
