I am fairly early on in the game, around boss 75 and have completed quite a few challenges. I'm interested in the green heart 100% because of the big 40% NGU speed boost. I'd like to spend several days just grinding NGUs, specifically Power (the one that gives attack/defense). It would be nice to have that time be 40% more effective. However, I'm sure there are other nice things to get as well. Mmmmmmmm. My honest and best advice is… do a save before entering a challenge. Or challenge spree. Let that run in the background as a checkpoint load file. Start the challenge or challenge spree, if at any point u think the rewards are not good enough or ure taking too long for a run, then load up the save file before starting the challenges ...
