My SawStop cabinet saw has the plain blade guard with no dust port. I have a 4 into 2-1/2 inch adapter on the back of the saw, and connect the shop vac to it. Sawdust appears on top of the saw, but not very much. I get the most sawdust from edge trimming without using the full kerf. It gets in the miter slots and the fence channel.When comparing the Harvey to SS, you really need to compare the Harvey to the ICS SS model.
