This is a common issue with the Pacificas with the ESS system. Your aux battery being so low would have been bringing down the main battery as they are connected when the vehicle is off. Depending on your vehicle's build date, it could be over 3 years old now.

The rear blind spot detectors (~size = deck of cards) do not require complete removal of the bumper cap - but you do need to pop/release the cap from the sides just behind the wheel.
