Server artifact version is outdated.
What I noticed on my server and realized about this "outdated" error, is it actually may be a bit of a red herring. When a server starts up/restarts, it will initially not know the version the servers running. On the Control Panel you will see it say something like "Default v" with v being a link that is a grey box with a white outline.
Stop your server. Go into file management and delete the alpine folder. Go to the ‘startup’ tab and make sure your FiveM version is set to ‘latest’ in the FiveM version box. If you are not seeing the changes in the server list, be patient until the server list updates. You will see the changes already in Direct Connect. My server's name doesn't have colors.
