Six point cabin. Go to the main road right above the "U" in Cumberland and look south, there is a guy with a rifle u can see. Shoot the rifle, ride away until it resets, repeat. Was able to use six point cabin for Sharpshooter 4, 7, and 8 as well as Weapons expert 2 and 9. Horseman 7 could probably also be done here.
