My oculus is glitching.

Jun 18, 2021 · Whenever I turn my headset on and load into the main interface, my screen within the headset starts glitching and moving left to right, without me doing anything. My controllers also glitch around as well, and sometimes freeze whilst I’m moving them around. So, yesterday I got on my oculus and the place where you put in the code to your oculus was glitching. It was showing that I was pointing and clicking in one spot even if I was pointing my controllers away from the area. Eventually I logged in and did the boundary stuff.In my original post I had already set Oculus Rift supersampling to something like 1.7 and then tried playing a steamvr game, but upped the SteamVR supersampling to something like 1.6. The problem was it combined them, so SteamVR with SuperSampling at 1.0 was actually 1.7 (setting from oculus rift) and then when I set it to 1.6 it was multipying ...Press hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously till the boot screen appears on the screen. The screen would then start to glitch out and stutter overtime, often becoming much worse if I tried to enter the oculus menu.
