I do some meso farming yes. I usually have time to farm mesos for about 8 hours a week, on top of my dailies. I only have 40% meso atm, however, at the end of each week, I usually end up getting 1.2b, which is exactly enough for 100 red cubes. IMO it's not that much work to get 100 cubes a week.

Best meso farming is in arcana ( why people call it Arkanna) my personal preference is cavern lower path cause it’s mindless and requires little micromanagement. But you have to have 540 AF and deal enough to 1 shot for it to be worth your time. Till then i would get to 210 then farm bbf1 or slurpy.
