Wouldn't want to live there in Genesis, Beak Things and hordes of starving - bones go through it. Spring, the Anti-Slaver city has a Snail House for about 62k - excellent spot (Genesis again, in normal there is usually some wall houses for sale). Has no building materials or iron plates though.
