My electric fireplace has stopped working. (I believe it is the Greystone.) Checked circuit breakers - OK. Checked remote control - OK. Pulled the unit from the cabinet and checked the outlet - OK. Plugged it into an outlet I know is working - Still Nothing. I have also tried the controls on the face of the unit.
