Jun 3, 2011 · My AC does a similar thing (2006 F-150 KR 4x4 crew cab - 5.4l). When I am idling it will start to blow hot. If I am going down the highway there never is a problem. It only happens when I stop. There has to be something wrong with these ac systems. Ford needs to step up and fix this pos air conditioner.
