Just encountered this problem on my new 2022 Pacifica (purchased Feb 26, 2022). No DVD/Blueray function. No source option to choose it from the 'Rear Seat' source option menu. No support for the external USB stick movie either. Nothing seems to work related to the DVD unit (which has the USB plug).

Workflow to play something is not great - from a FireTV you select "Pacifica" from the Apps then scroll down two sections where BluRay is listed.
