Premed is really good for P/S but I would say its weak in the other sections. So it really depends if you want a good deck for all the section I would either use miles down or the ortho deck. Depending on the section and my mindset/motivation anywhere from 1-3 hours per day on anki to get through the 200 cards. Generally would break it up into 30 minute blocks throughout the day while using other resources for the same area of focus. I asked about the P/S bc that was the best part about the deck for me lol.
It also makes you recall information in a way intuitive to how you would for the mcat. Most of my discretes felt like redoing miledown cards. The jack sparrow deck might be more comprehensive but it feels like it defeats the purpose of anki by being a literal textbook to memorize and i couldn't fathom it. Mcat is a mile wide inch deep.
