Mar 22, 2024 · Wonderful group of individuals to work with on a daily basis, who truly do care for the patients. Company is working extensively to listen to the voice of the clinicians/non-clinical staff to make positive changes. Cons. Too much change over a period of time without the appropriate change management/communication.
Cons. Split for NPs is too low and not national standards- you get 52% of what you brought in per patient. They do not supply any computer, IT support, or technology stipend either. Overall low pay for what you are getting.
