I took the owner's word that "it ran fine" (heard that before). The blower looked in nice original condition and the price was right (so I thought). Now the "fun" begins.

If it were mine I'd swap in a Predator 6.5 and add chains to the tires. All in for ~$250 for a 26" with a new engine is a decent deal! Toro PM-HD 826 OXE 38805.

So I put a new sparkplug in it and ajusted the governor shaft a little to raise the RPM's and it sounds like it is running fast enought without a tach to check it.
