When I was new to this app I clicked dash a lot just to see if dashing would be worth it in regards to how much average pay was etc. I didn't accept orders but this resulted in low acceptance rate. Now even if area is busy I seem to get no orders. Your rating doesn’t change until 2 weeks after you complete the program, then you receive your new rating. They don’t say it goes to 100% immediately. You have to read the entire article to understand how it works. And regardless resetting my AR to receive high priority orders for two weeks is worth it in my market. It’s not hard to see the address before accepting a DoorDash order. Unless they reset AR's every month, people will eventually drop down to a low AR because it is not sustainable (at least in my market in my experience) to maintain an AR above 50% in the long run without taking way too many low paying orders.
