Can this run Yuzu & TotK? My PC is too old as there is a tremendous amount of lag. ... With the other mods (Ultrahand fix and fps++) the game gives a black screen on version 1.1.2 but does launch on 1.0.0. fps++ does improve the framerate somewhat compared to if it isn't installed (around 25 fps → around 35 fps), but it still isn't ideal.

You can open the task manager, right click to Yuzu and click "Go To Details". Then right click to Yuzu > Set Priority > High/Realtime.
