He doesn't have duelling Potential. And people don't accept that He is a support Champ. First, Ryze isn't an insanely bad champ. He needs to be played like TF/Support that roams botlane. Your damage Rotation can't kill the adc and after qwqeq you don't have anything for couple Seconds. You don't damage tanks at all.
The jungle item (currently) gives you more omni than fully stacked rav vs monsters, (and let's be real, that's the best bit of omnivamp, being able to EQ chickens to heal from 0 to 100) so you don't even need domination secondary if u want. Even with the tank builds, you still get bursted. Zed pops, Akali peels, and battle mages that scales with HP still gets the best of him. AH and Mana items for mages is so scarce right now. Rod of Ages has been removed from the game, archangel is trash, ryze has been nerfed many times thanks to pro play, the only legendary mana item in the game is the frozen heart. What do you mean?
