That's probably because Mystic Hands is only for the PCVR version of the game. PCVR and Nomad (Quest 2 version) mods are different because the games have different capabilities. Personally I haven't had this happen, but I guess it depends on the version your playing and also how many mods you may have, sometimes on Nomad when I'm using vanilla weapons the weapons will have a texture glitch and turn yellow along with my hands and arms. So yes it could be a glitch, but also it could be a mod messing with the controls. 9.

If you're on nomad, you're in the wrong place. You're in the PCVR NexusMods page, you want the one for nomad. Mystic Hands is not available for Nomad, and won't be until it's possible (when scripting support is added to Nomad). It will be one of the first mods ported.
