You set your own hours (job is 24x7) Pay isn't very good for a CDL-A Driver. Ideal for rookie drivers who need experience and old timers. They do take very good care of their trucks. Only downside is 12-13 hours day (dump division is very dirty) and pay is only about $1100-$1200 gross.
