I've got a JD 6410, PTO will engage and start turning, then shuts off and flashes the blue warning light. Replaced the RPM sensor on the PTO thinking that it wasn't reading the revolutions and was turning off the PTO. That didn't fix it and the Switch isn't the problem. You have to unplug the electrical connector, remove a plactic cap and use a screwdriver. Turn right to raise. If this works you know the problem is electrical. 6405 PTO issue. Just an update. Everything is now working. Long story short, we found a couple of plugs that were similar. The wrong connector was connected to the PTO switch and the plug that was the same kind also had a male plug that would plug together so these were connected together causing a fuse to blow.

If that's OK, you could have low hydraulic system pressure, failing to disengage the front wheel drive. It should be 170psi Check for pressure in and out of FWD. None for in, 170psi for out.

The cool side cools engine oil cooler, inner-cooler and hydraulic cooler. It also circulates through cab heater.
