Touch one, the inlet, it should be hot. The other should be hot too if the coolant is going through the heater core.At low revs, it's not too much of an issue. At higher revs, it totally overpressurises the coolant system and forces the coolant out of the overflow. * Rev dependant coolant loss, rather than depending on the time you've been out or how hot the engine is. * The coolant comes out of the overflow THEN the bike overheats.Same issue.
