We're using iron sights but my son is having a hard time getting a good cheek weld with ear protection. I thought about one of the slip-on neoprene risers with the adjustable spacers but they look to be for adult-sized stocks.

I get a reliable and repeatable low cheek weld without problem, but 1/2"-3/4" higher stock would be awesome. You have options.
