My other guns drop just fine. So it's just permanently clogging up my inventory. I am getting the same issue. It’s a glitch, the only way I’ve found to fix it is during the “automatic love” mission you get just a while after you get the gun. When they take your weapons, you get it back and it’s fixed.

So I recently got the Overwatch sniper rifle and I can't upgrade it. I have all the components and the crafting button will not appear. Clicking it will not go into the crafting process. I have the true craftsman up to the edgerunner. I don't think that other perks are required. The overwatch sniper rifle is in my inventory.
