Modem lights flashing red and green. My Internet was working fine today. Then an hour or so it started dropping and it eventually stopped. Now my lights are all flashing green except "Power" and "DSL" are flashing red. I have hit reset on the back of modem for 3 seconds and it still doing the same thing.I did a live chat with tech support. They confirmed they saw issues. They're sending a replacement modem. I've moved the ethernet cable from the Nvidia Shield to "Ethernet ports #1,2,3 & 4" but the red light follows. Everything else is fine.
