I just upgraded and infused an Estoc on my Raw build which has 35 strength and 18 dex, the raw estoc goes down to an E/E scaling and I get an AR of 241+70 (311) with a ring of blades +2. Without the raw infusion and scaling of B/D I get an AR of 210+127 (337), and considering you'll have 10 ...Take that advice with a grain of salt though, as I haven't pvped against all that many yet. When the buff runs out you can switch to a lightning estoc or some other weapon. I would still set vit to 50 and end to 40.
