I tried flushing dns cache, changing dns provider and restarting pc/steam but no result. I tried opening dbd's support page (support.deadbydaylight.com) and it won't load BUT deadbydaylight.com opens ...Try to stop and restart the server again. If indeed the challenge is port 5432 as you suspect, you can try to start postgres on another port say 5433 and see what happens.
