Thanks in advance! For tier 9s, Pommern, Kearsarge, and Groningen are probably the only ones worth it in my opinion (and even then Pommern and Kearsarge are fairly low on my list). Once you get there, you can try the USN CL line (which is kind of fragile, like the UK cruiser line) or try the USN Fast BB line (Colorado to North Carolina).
