Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. It's definitely NOT random.I've had att internets for years. I just recently switched to att fiber from phone line. Ever since I switch Ed to fiber I have been getting 20-40 percent packet loss. I did a ping test for my internal route and to google both showed 32% packet loss. Can anyone give me some advice?According to the HOA FB page for my subdivision someone cut an AT&T line down the street, lots of people in my subdivision are without internet right now.
