Most people use homebrew that just download sigpatches automatically, AiO Switch updater comes into my mind. Sigpatches aren't forbidden afaik, they are just not included as a safety measure so Atmosphere doesn't get taken down, they bypass signature checks and therefore COULD be used for piracy.
