I'm kind of a Sony Pony, but the issues with the PSN Store haven't been fixed since the PS3 era. I have around 5,000+ items purchased according to the Restore Licenses function however, I preordered a number of games that appear in the PSN Store as either not owning the Ultimate Edition or the game I paid for in general is ridiculous.
