Nov 17, 2020 · I have a 2005 Xterra and I am having problem diagnosing the issues. First I have four dash board lights on, and they are ABS, VDC,SLIP and the Check Engine. Secondly, the rear tires are dragging when reversing or turning. I took it to AutoZone and used their scanner and received code P0420 and P0430 - Catalytic converter system. It's not supposed to be used off-road. The system that the newer Xterras have that is useful off-road is ABLS, which stands for Active Brake Limited Slip.
