Milesdown is less detailed but it’s still decent and not as long as JS. JS also corresponds to the Kaplan books (except P/S, where it’s for the 300 KA). Not sure about mile down. It’s up to you which you pick depending on what score you want. Second time through, I went through MilesDown's Anki deck, used the 86 page P/S document, took third party practice exams, and got through around 30-40% of UEarth.
