I had 2 IPB 16’s one of the original ones and then another one built by Bonefish. They are extremely stable boats for their size. Like I have had 4 people fishing on the boat and still able to walk the rails no problem. To cut the foam I used a long razor knife with a sheet of ply wood clamped over the foam to use as a straight edge. Pulling the knife with a slight angle toward the board kept directly on the line.
