10/10 Recommend prof Chen. He truly cares about his students and always makes sure you know why you are doing what you are doing in class. He always offers help outside of class, exam review zooms, and a practice exam before tests. The homework is normal Wiley Plus but he gives his own exams.

Professor Hogan really is an awesome professor, and you can tell he is passionate about what he is teaching. Very easy teacher, he doesn't require much work at all but I didn't like that he made work open or close at 6pm. Quizzes and reports are easy 100's. For the exams, you have 30 mins for 50 questions. Most students agree Dr. Young is the best physics professor at LSU - take him if you can. He posts a lot of practice questions to help prepare for each exam. The class is very difficult, 500/600 points from exams (200 from cumulative final), but Dr. Young at least makes it fun. He's really funny too!
