However, I don't like the dried durian paste (ทุเรียนกวน); it seems to amplify the bad parts of the flavor. And I don't like most durian-flavored things (e.g., candy, cookies); I had durian ice cream once though (in a shop in Houston's Chinatown), and liked it. I've never had freeze-dried durian before.
