So with that being said I would start easy and see if you have a boost leak. Be sure you hot a clean air filter, and fuel filter. There's a mass airflow sensor. Diesel engines in general don't have a throttle, that's why you don't ever spray MAF cleaner directly on the intake, it can over rev. Same can happen if your turbo compressor seal busts, oil will make its way into the engine and you can't turn the engine off.
