At my store we have 3 different screens to look at for mobile orders and they’re scattered across the store. By drive thru window there is a screen that will show the whole On The Go Order (food, drinks, and pastry’s), there’s a drink screen that will only show the drinks for that order, and the sandwich station screen which will show all the hot food items.

Click "get help" on app and open virtual assistant. They do refunds and free beverages thru there. When you a mobile order is screwed up you can contact app support and they will give you a refund. As a dunkin worker I can’t give refunds for mobile orders you go about that through the app. When there was another Dunkin down the highway that was part of our franchise we would occasionally remake a drink or two, but there was no policy dictating that we had to do that. There’s no refund policy it’s up to the discretion of the store.
