Can't Login Even after Reseting Password. 06-25-2018, 01:02 PM. Vudu won't let me log in. I tried resetting the password a couple of times, and that was no help. I'm in American Samoa, which is part of the United States, so that shouldn't be a problem.I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12 Max and now my Dasher app is unable to load. I worked with the Door Dash support team and they concluded that because I was able to connect just fine with WiFi and not with only cellular data turned on that it is an issue with my carrier. Not sure how to fix. Also tried deleting the cache and data, also didn't work. Everything worked fine up until 2 days ago when my app starting crashing and acting weird, it wasn't letting me start my shift or do anything it would just say "something went wrong" so uninstalled the app and tried to log back in and that's when the issue started.

Then I got to the page where you add you bank information and I get "Please enter a valid routing and account number" every single time. I've tried 5 bank accounts.
