It seems to be caused by having the weapon in your stash, if its in my stash I get "insufficient components" if I take the "Plan B" out of my stash & put it in my inventory I am allowed to craft it, However there are other weapons that I cant craft which I did have! Dec 11, 2020 · Some items are quest items (that little exclamation mark) that is why you cannot remove them from inventory, once you finish whatever quest or some dialogue after finishing the quest they stop being quest items. Skippy cannot be crafted, and it has a weight of 0; I just posted about Crash; Same deal for Overwatch as is for Crash; I've also got this problem, with the Satori and the Overwatch both. I don't know if any of my other equipment is suffering from this issue, because those are the only two that (so far) I've upgraded and had this happen to. Both are epic quality, and both disappear from my upgrade menu once I reach a certain point.
Joku03. When I launch Cyberpunk 2077 through vortex with or without any mods, it gets stuck after the intro cutscene. I've tried waiting for about an hour, uninstalling and reinstalling vortex and installing vortex on the same drive as the game. After re-installing vortex, I haven't installed any mods and it still wont go past the intro cutscene.

But, these items with the exclamation mark also cannot be removed from your inventory even by putting them in the stash. But they still take weight to carry around. Also, they clutter the inventory.
The overwatch sniper that you get from Panam is stuck in my inventory, can't disassemble, drop or stash it. I believe it's because it's now listed as a quest item with the exclamation point on it. Heads up for anyone doing a Crafting spec, you cannot reacquire Iconic weapons. I mistakenly thought that because they were in the crafting menu you could re craft them at a higher level. So now if you already had it equipped prior to the update, you're stuck with it. If you had it in your inventory, you can no longer see it. The only way to get it back now is through CET on pc.
