Well, I just changed out the CVT fluid with 3 qts of Honda CVT (dang that stuff is $$$) and the problem is still there. It doesn't whine in Park or reverse only in drive. You can even hear the whine in Drive without moving the car. the CVT. Other than the noise the CVT is still working fine, same as before.
