We have a mandatory COMSAE at our school during dedicated and students who took it last week were really thrown by their low scores. I take it in a week so I will report back! Only 9 out of ~130 students passed ours the first time. Our school refused to change the threshold even though NBOME said it's not accurate.My actual score was +70 to 103 and +50 points to 104 . NBOME exams can be strange, but the underlying material is largely the same. The best thing you can do is just grind. Do lots of questions, review them thoroughly, unsuspend anking cards related to things you don't know. Develop thought patterns you can use to answer questions and modify them as you learn nuances.
